Thanks for that Ron :). It has been known for me to 'spit my dummy out' whilst food shopping - because I want!
But, your Pain Control meds are more important to take. Wait and see what they offer for the COPD? If anything?

Their horrible eh? I had loads when pregnant, very frightening. At one stage I thought my heart was going to burst out of my chest like alien. Argh! You know me, I never stop. Pregnancy didn't stop me either, nor hypos. Quality streets we're my fav pocket hypo saviour near the end. Bgs were kept low to prevent big baby.

If Asthma is controlled properly, then you won't suffer. You didn't know I had it till I told you? As it is under control. But, I do find and it always has slightly raised my Blood Sugars so if I was to stop using the Brown Inhaler (Steriod) my Blood Sugars I reckon would be even lower.
 
Afternoon all. Been having problems getting on forum but think I've sorted it now . @ickihun I've lost another 4lbs since we spoke on pm. Not sure how it's happening but whatever it is I'm happy.
 
i had asthma when i was young but supposedly grew out of it so could it be my asthma has returned and its not COPD i know its very similar symptoms
forgot to mention @Liam1955 Tina says going to make some home made bounty bars using some of my stevia milk chocolate for the meeting day

That is excellent Tina 're: your Weight loss. Do you go and log it on the weigh-in thread?
Yeah, I am finding this forum site a bit 'sluggish' - usually go's straight to where I click, but it's taking ages, wonder if it is going to crash?

we have been having trouble all week mainly on the app using laptop now but it does seem to be slow with notifications

Well in that case Ron - your Asthma could have returned I think? I have had Asthma since I was 5 years old. Though most drugs side effects can cause 'Wheezing' = Tramadol causes wheezing and can make some Asthma Sufferers worse whilst on the drug.

were in nottinghamshire liam about an 1hr from you via m1 .
Tina says that the new pain drugs i'm supposed to going on can't be taken if asthmatic or COPD
Thought we were sorting a meet up day for a load of us

I use my Android phone and have had to uninstall it today and then RE installed. This is the second time I've done it since having the phone . Thought at first it was the phone but managed to get on to a thread where others have had the same problem. No I don't do the weigh in thread as I don't do it every week. Just when I feel like it . Lol . As for Ron's memory problems there getting worse when I ask him if he's tested his reply is can't remember. Got him to test though when we came back from shopping 8.2. Will get him to do it again at tea time.

My blue inhaler is for COPD too Ron. Maybe just will need reliever rather than prevention (steriod inhalers). See what doc says. I don't want to take steriods as I'm big enough! So far so good. Using reliever 4-6 times a day, only. Its great to breathe!

Didn't Robin Hood live in Nottingham Forrest? I cannot drive a car - though good "at driving people crazy"!!:D
When are you having these tests for the COPD? Soon hopefully?

Beta blockers cannot be taken if asthmatic, but i have to have mine! My fast heart beat would knock me unconscious!
Yes. Lets make a meet up nearer York, pls?

supposedly robin hood lived here but nottingham castle isn't a castle its a manor house .
got to book an appointment with nurse for tests so be anytime in next 3 weeks but have to see doctor as well to get these patches reduced again :banghead: feel like a yoyo

It could well be the Pain AND the Meds he us taking? I have days when I am really confused and I put it down to the Pain and Meds (and R wears me down too!)Just watch, because Pain wears you down and people can suffer with Depression because of Pain. It is a well known fact.
