It annoys me when 'they' (ADA, NHS etc) come out with the old chestnut of LCHF not being proven in the long term as it's untrue since it was the only treatment for diabetes prior to insulin and for sure we've proven that the current high carb dietary advice does not help diabetics one little bit.
Also annoying when the ADA say the low fat is for heart health when if they concentrated on reversing the diabetes you wouldn't be at higher risk anyway and the risk has now been shown in recent scientific studies to come more from inflammation which is mostly down to sugar/carbs.
