Hi all,
Im new to the forum been a type 2 for nearly 2 years now, I've been reading about how bad healthy cereals are for us, i also am a body builder and normally eat 5 yes 5 weetabix for breakfast with skimmed milk and no sugar , its good for gym life but not the best for diabetes life, just wondered if there were any suggestions for a good middle ground or swap, or anyone in my current situation that can help.
Im currently on 2 gliclazide per day and 1 metformin per day,
Any help would be great thanks.
