Good Morning

Good morning all. Gorgeous, sunny morning here in C.Scotland. I'm up with the lark as usual, going to enjoy a longer walk this morning as there's a forecast of rain for later this afternoon. Hard to believe as it's so bright and warm just now. Have a good day everyone.
 
Good morning 13lizanne. A nice mild sunny morning in Cambridge. Feel g good as I've done my first morning running in 8 weeks.

He's much better thanks Anna, he finds swallowing tablets difficult so I got him some meltlets which seem to have helped. He's got a dentist appointment in a couple of weeks so hopefully that will sort it out for good

Hi William, thanks for asking, yes I go this Thurssday for physio. First doc I saw a few weeks ago thought it was a frozen shoulder, doc who is sending me for this physio thinks I have strained a ligament or a pulled some muscles. I have been in agony with it at times with shoulder and arm pains. Sometimes I wonder if the aching is worse than the pain, don't like to moan but I am trying not to let it get me down as we all know pain can do that. x

Good morning from Lancashire just done the school run nice and fresh but a bit nippy. Weather is supposed to be hot this afternoon. ??? Off now to tackle the ironing. Thanks William for your reply :)

It's our lovely British weather Arlene. We can get all 4 seasons weather in one day up here :)
Back from shopping it is muggy and overcast now- what to wear when outside? Cardi? Raincoat?

Hi Anna I am trying to put some pics on the naturefile thread when I upload it keep saying file is too large they have been uploaded from my camera as normal do you have any ideas never had this problem before.
 
Oh what a pest! Yes, you have to go into your picture file on your computer press right on pic usually shows a menu which you have to go into then select "edit" that will show you sizes, you then select a smaller size than is showing click on it then go onto change original file. That reduces size of your photo in the computet and you can then upload onto naturefile. Sorry this is a bit vague but without knowing what kind of software you have I can't be more precise. Do you have a family member who could show you how to do it? Or maybe @ickihun could talk you through it better than I
