Good Morning

Keep warm drinks flowing @13lizanne . Thinking of you as mine lasted over a week which I thought was hayfever at first. I couldnt remember the last time I had a summer cold. You wonder if it must be airbourne only. Toddler didn't get it either. Strange one.
Hot drinks and paracetamol with occasional ibruprofen relieved mine. Hope you find a method to relieve yours.♡♥♡

Brilliant! I'm so glad you liked it.
I wasn't sure what to do with my leftover egg whites, so I had a go at some meringues but they weren't a success. I think you probably need real sugar to make good meringues. I tried stevia last time, but they were soggy and rubbery. I'm going to have to make some more lemon curd shortly and I'll try the meringues again but with Xylitol instead, to see if that's any better.
I know half spoon works but no indulgence allowed. I hope you find the answer. I love meringues!

Me too. Crispy on the outside, chewy in the middle. Rest assured, if I find the answer I will be shouting it from the rooftops!

Just been looking at sugar free Icecream. One is made with custard and death by chocolate measures. Yummy!

Good morning from a muggy Central Scotland. As it's our Wedding Anniversary today Mr 13lizanne and I are off down memory lane to the Trossachs where we had our first date walking in the hills - shades of things to come! Have a lovely day everyone, hope it's a peaceful one.

Morning all..coffee and cream loaded, run completed, just watched GP Rangan Chatterjee on BBC Breakfast talking about diet and metabolic markers for treatment of depression...see my new thread....did anybody see it.

I suspect we'll have some more PR through the day.

Another BBC Breakfast item about to break....Obesity...it's not your fault....will be interesting to see what they have to say.

What I find so interesting is the build up in the media from differing points of origination and all focusing on challenging the traditional western diet hypothesis.

Good morning Anna, happy anniversary! The Trossachs sounds like a fantastic walk for you, my cousins live in Alloa and have been walking the hills for years. We went to Stirling Castle with them a few years ago and got an amazing view. Enjoy!

Thanks @debrasue. Sunny spells here and is to hit yesterday's maximum of 27C - hot hot. I want to go out and enjoy the sun if my bowels give me peace I might. I fancy treating myself to something today, I don't spend much on myself compared to helping others out. Bit dumb but I have a soft spot lol. :)

7/6/16 - Good Morning from another very hot, sunny York. Local Weather forecast says it could get up to 28'c today! (Hope not). @13lizanne - to Anna and Hubby sending you Lots of Love and Best Wishes on your Wedding Anniversary today.:joyful:
Thank You @debrasue for the kind thoughts and hugs, and hope everybody is well and enjoy your day. :)

Says the bloke who's just got a new all-singing, all-dancing iPad!!!! :joyful:
No, seriously, though - treat yourself. My philosophy is that if we don't look after ourselves, who else is going to?
And you should be like the L'Oreal girl - you're worth it!
;)
