Enjoy; if that's the right word in the circumstances I got one when I was first diagnosed and found it very useful in working out how different food affected my B/S levels.

I don't use it so much now, but it's still handy to check my levels occasionally, particularly when I'm ill ,when they tend to shoot up.

Good morning everyone. I just misread the alarm clock, thought it was 7.30am Instead it must have been 6.30am, so I got up in a rush! Don't know what the weather is like yet as it's still pitch bLack outside- though I don't think it's raining
