Still waiting for my massive "Annabelles" to come into flower.

I have 30 of them, each flower will be 30cm wide with tons per plant....can't wait:)

15/6/16: FBG AV 4.6, Trigs 1.5, HDL 2.0, LDL 3.0, BP 112/68, BPM 66, 11st 5lbs, waist 30", PWV 7.0. Lifelong migraines and hay fever gone.

Regime: 20g LCHF, run 1 mile daily, weekly fasting.

Thank You @mo53 - we have got rain forecast today! Hope you have got better weather on the Coast? Going to go hobble out this afternoon (with my walking stick) to a Garden Centre and get some plants for Father-in-Law for Sunday. Have a good day and hope you are totally better. William x
 
@liam1955 it is very cloudy with fog rolling from sea again. It's not exactly drizzle but the air is moist. Enjoy the garden centre but don't overdo it on your knee.

Raining and dull here in Central Scotland though still very mild [for Scotland] laundry and packing today plus hubby and I have our morning cuppa with our 93yrs young neighbour this morning - always a delight!:happy:
 
Morning everyone, I'm running late today too - woke up with a bunged up nose and sticky eye again :( I'm just going to have some lunch before I go into town with DS, his college course finishes next week so we're looking for a DVD box set to keep him occupied. Hope everyone has a good day whatever the weather!
 
Good morning everybody. It's still very early so I'm not sure about the weather. Yesterday was grey with rolling sea fog in the morning which was quite cold but then it cleared and we had a lovely hot, sunny afternoon.
@liam1955 did you get your plants for father in law for Sunday? What did you choose? :)
 
Good morning everyone. Dry today but not as hot as of late here in Central Scotland. Busy packing for our holiday this morning , won't be posting for a week or so, so look after yourselves and take special care.
@KevinPotts enjoy your break too
 
Raining here in Cambridge and doesn't look much better where we are going this next 4 days, but the cottage is amazing...we've been before and the restaurants are first class and I've even packed 2 tubs of Oppo in the cooler box...haha:)

Have a good time @13lizanne - Anna and Hubby, will miss you big time:( @mo53 - I didn't go to Garden Centre other day (afraid someone OR something may bang my leg!) R went and got 3 plants and I will have to wait till he comes home to Find out the name, never heard or seen these plants before. William:)
 
Good morning have a nice time Anna, you too Kevin, can not make its mind up here today in Lancashire, dull then bright not cold though. Forecast rain later with sunny intervals. Lost my dog yesterday Charlie :bigtears: he was dying took him too
vets last night and they had to put him to sleep he was 15yrs old a cocker spanial. My other dog a golden cocker spanial George is so sad today. have a good day everyone.
 
Forgot to say - Have a nice time also @KevinPotts :). @amgrundy - Arlene sending you Big HUGS for the loss of your dog. (I had my cat - Yogi Bear, who was 19 years old put to sleep 3 years ago and it broke my heart, I had him from a 6 week old kitten). William x

Thanks William its so sad sorry about your cat, especially when you have them more or less from birth. Charlie was 8 weeks old when we got him. :)

I'm so sorry to hear the sad news about Charlie, Arlene. Dogs are a big part of our family too, and having lost one in the past I know how sad you must be feeling. RIP Charlie. Big hugs xxx
