Good Morning

Glad you are feeling a little better today.

I'm not doing too good today, had a much needed talk with a councillor over the phone last night which helped get me through the night.

Enjoy those raisins!
Sorry to hear this mist ..... I hope you are feeling a wee bit better today!

21/2 - Good Morning from a fairly warm and Sunny York.
Hope all the poorly people feel a bit better today :). And everybody else has a good day.

23/2 - Good Morning from a wet and rainy York. Hope you are all well. Sending @debrasue Big Hugs today and hope it is nothing serious you being on Antibiotics? Everyone else have a good day :).

I hope you are okay yourself Liam. An interrupted night of sleep. And now I know the cause of the high fasting reading yesterday. Tooth/gum/sinus pain - infection came pn gradually yesterday. I don;t usually take Paracetamol but have done. They are supposed to last several hours but they don't ..... After breakfast shortly, I have to find an emergency appointment with the dentist .....

Thanks for your concern, William, but it's just that my chest infection doesn't seem to have cleared yet since the pneumonia, so my GP has given me another course of antibiotics. Very frustrating. :grumpy:
The rain has cleared here now and we're getting some sunshine between the clouds, but it is incredibly windy. Gusting up to 60mph, apparently. I love it when it's windy - the chimney sounds as if it's ready to take off and the big trees at the front of the house are positively roaring! :)

Hope you managed to find a Dentist? Tooth pain is one of the worst ever pain there is? (Next to my back pain that is:))

And a hug back Liam. I have just eaten a sandwich on the left side of my mouth but the right side was a little involved and I put pressure on the top right tooth. The pain - and I cried with it. I was so frightened. I remember having this six months ago prior to the filling falling out and afterwards too! No antibiotics then.

My dentist is away until Monday and is fully booked for the week. I made appointment with another dentist in the practice for Monday. I also managed to make a another appointment tomorrow with my former practice but it's a new dentist.

I bought some Panadol and Gengigel in the hope that will contain the pain a bit.

@asparagusp - I don't know what else to suggest. Could you ask a Pharmacist if there is an Antibiotic Mouthwash of some kind that could be used?

Swishing salty warm water for 30 seconds twice a day is recommended. There are many mouthwashes too but I see the dentist early afternoon tomorrow. The Panadol and Gengigel worked for two and a half hours and will repeat shortly before bed. Part of me wonders if this isn't a sinus infection so might go to the local drop in community unit and get that possibility checked out first.

Note nite.
