Morning all , another glorious day again. Off to view the bungalow today , Ron's o.t has already approved it .
 
Good morning from sunny Scotland. I'm determined to keep trying to stay medicine free despite my other condition meaning that I can't always eat lchf 8.5 mile walk yesterday and fasting today. Whatever your circumstances, I hope that you have a day filled with good moments

Good morning to all. Sun has disappeared, the wind is battering the flowers flat but I'm just off for a walk anyway. My extra exercise and fasting is having the desired results - yaay! And I'm meeting my friend for coffee and a catch up later this morning. We haven't met for a month as she's been away so, lots to catch up on. I hope that today will be a good one for everyone

Morning all, how are you all today ? Ron's off to hospital at Queens this morning. Hopefully neurologist there can sort him out . Then later on this afternoon Ron's signs for keys to the bungalow . So this weekend will be busy decorating .
 
Good morning everyone. The howling wind of yesterday has been replaced with..heavy rain, ah well! It's raincoats on this morning for our walk. Hope that it's a good day for us all especially for Ron at Queens. SURELY he'll have a proper diagnosis (at last) and treatment plan in place by the time he signs that tenancy agreement. All the best Ron and hope everyone has a brilliant day

Morning all, it's not as cloudy as yesterday but much breezier - 20 mph! It's the farmers market in town today, this will make life interesting :)
 
Don't get blown away Barbara :) we are now home from our morning walk, wringing wet! Ah the things that I do for my health! Poor hubby is sainted in accompanying me AND he doesn't moan as much as I do :D

Good morning everyone from a dry, cold Scotland. Off out for a spot of shopping and a picnic on the sea front (probably in the car) then home, picking no 3 son up on the way. Other two sons also coming for dinner so it will be all of us together, an event usually only seen on high days and holidays :D. I hope that everyone has a really great day today
 
Morning all, it looks like a typical spring morning here - cloudy with a chance of rain :) Still, at least the winds aren't as bad as yesterday, only 15 mph lol

Tried to make it in here during the AM, but it's 2:41pm here now - sorry. Just got through roasting some cherry tomatoes for a snack. Weather's yucky here - rainy and cold. Bad for people about an hour north of me in Virginia who had to run a 4k today better for an 8k tomorrow AM.
 
Morning all, it's cloudy and breezy again but I don't care cos I'm going to visit my lovely mum :)
