Hello Everyone
I have been diabetic for just over three months now and just had my results for my first HbA1c after my initial diagnosis.
Just a message from the receptionist, but assuming going from 10.1 to 7.1 is good improvement!?!?
There is still work to do but feel so much better in myself and have also lost 3 stone.
Just thought I'd share my good news, especially for those first diagnosed because it feels so overwhelming. I was a chocaholic/cakeaholic/crispaholic, lol so if I can make the changes anyone can, its not easy and it is still work in progress but I'm getting there.
Thanks to this site and fab members for all the info and advice it has been such a great help.
Thank you
