I had my first blood test after diagnosis and heard back from the surgery today

I’m so chuffed and thank you so much for the encouragement. More than the advice on this forum, I had the motivation to not take meds and take on low carb because I’ve seen so many others on here do it. Reading the stories on here gave me the push and determination to live a healthier lifestyle!
