Has your surgery stopped doing routine blood tests as part of the above? I'm just curious, as I know this is on the list of things that was suggested they may do, and I'm a month late being recalled for one, which isn't normal. I'm not bothered by the delay, just wondered if anyone else had this scenario.

Haven’t heard of this @Hopeful34 - I think my surgery are still doing them as I follow them on Facebook and they are very good at putting updates, messages etc. would it be a hospital visit then? That’s going to make things very difficult for a lot of people if so

I had mine done Friday at home by a phlebotimist, and my result in Tuesday.
But most surgeries the docs don't do the actual blood tests.

No I know it's the nurses or in some cases phlebotomists, but the surgery doesn't get paid for it and that's the issue.
