Hi @tom1179 Not personally, I ate eggs (back when I still ate breakfast). There are some low carb granolas which are acceptable and several members eat those for breakfast. So I suggest you look for one which is low enough in carbs for you.
If you can't find one, eat eggs, meat, fish, cheese, Greek yogurt with some nuts/berries etc.
Look at the packets. Most granola are over 60g of carbs per 100g weight. That is very high carb.
To stay low carb you might want to limit carbs to no more than 5, or possibly 10g per 100g.
What does your bg meter say granola does to your bg?
