Grapes instead of Ice Cream

One thing I have started doing in recent years is freezing grapes and eating them as a snack instead of Ice Cream or Ice Lollies.

They have a Low Gi Index and a relatively low in carbs compared to a similar sized portion of ice cream and ice lollies.

You can either eat them as is or blend them up to make sorbet :)

give it a try I'd like to hear if anyone else has tried freezing any other fruits with similar results :)
 
I was warned off grapes and dried fruit by my specialist. It might be a case of "better than ice cream" but grapes are prob too high as is ice cream.
 
Yep, Grapes are "little sugar bombs" and spike me! I stick to blueberries and such!
 
I stick to the advice I read in the Holford book ... if it ends in berry it's should be ok.
