Green tea?

Holland & Barrett (promise I don't work for them) do a nice Green Tea with Lemongrass, the brand is called Heath & Heather.

Oh I'm fed up with waiting....I'll just have my 4th cup of green tea!
 
I don't drink tea normally but sice yesterday having some green tea after meals. Bought some twinings different flavoured ones with water.
When taking first sip, I just thought " actually coffee doesn't actually tast nice, so just get used to this"....
I found it really quite nice compared to coffee. However, green tea will never beat the cafetiere and double cream nightly ritual I have since adding my fat in to diet.


Loving life
 
I finally opened the box.
Made a brew.
It's .... not to bad at all in fact it's become my main brew!
Slice of lemon in it and yes ... I'm happy with it.
Got the coconut oil and froth my buttery coffee with it in the mornings got the coconut flour ad the almond flour and according to the internet I'll be that healthy soon only green Kryptonite can stand in my way!
