The Lancashire bakery Greenhalgh's has recently started doing a number of low-carb bread items. Here's one:

I'm planning on picking some samples up in the next few days (and will report) but I wondered if anyone has tried Greenhalgh's low carb already? I've been buying from SRSLY for a while but an alternative would be welcome.

They say that not all the stores carry low carb as standard stock, but all can be "click and collected" or you can order online.

I think I bought the pizzas bases & rolls from here when the Low Carb Food Co stopped trading for a while. They were exactly the same. I wonder if they are supplying to them? I’ll be interested to know what you think @KennyA - if you’ve tried the LCF.Co in the past you’ll definitely recognise them

I had a great trip to the UK very recently. I must say there is a great selection of foods in the UK for those of us that require a specialized diet. For Coeliacs the selection in the supermarkets far exceeds anything we have here in Canada. I'm guessing low carb food is better stocked too, even if it is an on-line order. Food in general is quite a bit cheaper in the UK than Canada and noticeably so. The variety of food selection is greater too. We swung by Wetherby for a late lunch. The selection of gluten free meals at the restaurant was impressive.
