I diagnosed with type 2 on nove 2019 hba1c 9.4%. But at that type i didn't test my c-peptid. Yesterday i check it and it comes 3.05/ng/ml reference range is 1.1 to 4.4(eclia). Now i also found that my TSH LEVEL IS INCREASED THAT IS 7.05 uIU/ML REFERENCE RANGE IS .45 to 4.5.
my body index is 21 age is 29. Since past 25 days no sugar medicine. HBA1C IS now 6.0%. since last 2 months taking pregabalin 75 mg tablet. Pls guide what is this whether i am type 2 or 1.5 or it is like hypothyroidism induced diabetes. And should i take hypothyroidism drug levothyroxin 25 mg tablet?

Only your medical team can diagnose.
You can ask them about:
The normal range for a c-peptide test is: 0.51 to 2.72 nanograms per millilitre (ng/mL) https://www.diabetes.co.uk/c-peptide-test.html Your c-peptide is above normal, which supports insulin resistance, and an increased risk of developing type 2.
Also:
Your elevated TSH supports Low Thyroid Function. 'Having too little thyroid hormone in the blood–even in the low-normal range–raises the risk of developing type 2 diabetes, especially in people with prediabetes, a new study in nearly 8,500 people finds.' http://www.diabetesincontrol.com/hypothyroidism-tied-to-type-2-diabetes/

Prediabetes in the UK lists HbA1c: 42 to 47 mmol/mol (6.0 to 6.4%) https://www.diabetes.co.uk/pre-diabetes.html#:~:text=Testing for prediabetes,mol (6.0 to 6.4%)
