Well sticking to 800 is proving difficult im prob averaging more 9/950, I am into week 3 and prob only intend to keep at it for another 5 max, but am enjoying the training since gyms have re-opened just want to make sure i am taking in the right nutrients to keep it up and keep sugar levels down... It may well help. But I think it's realistic to expect low energy levels while you're on so few calories.Hoping that loosing alot of weight will put my t2 into remission...
Expresso works for me! Remember that you've got energy supplies on your body but it takes time for the body to adjust to using them (the equivalent of going into the freezer in your garage rathe than going into the fridge!). Give it some time. There's vast over marketing of pre and post workout products which are unnecessary for non pro athletes IMO as a trainer.Looking for recommendations for pre & post work out food. Am trying to keep carbs to approx 60g per day & same for protein - trying to stick to main principles of blood sugar diet & approx 800 cal per day.
Tonight towards end of my workout i became quite shaky & didn't have the usual energy levels during my workout, so recommendations to keep energy levels up would be appreciated!!

I started going to the gym at ES Fitness Las Vegas. And that time I was lazy. However, after joining the gym, I began to experience stamina after about 2 or 3 months. which are a great thing and I find a lot of changes in my body.
