Well if it helps POST workout a sauna is beneficial as the lactic acid generated in your muscles through workout, is then secreted through the sweat glands.
In theory, and crudely, leaving you with more muscle mass.
A good multivitamin and plenty of h2o though i would've thought for you're original question.
There are some posters on here who are really into it and I'm sure will post here for you soon:)
