Ive just had my blood results back and I'm upset to see that it's gone back up. I was 1st diagnosed with 13mmol and over the year ive worked hard with diet and medication to get it down ! 6 months ago I got it 45mmol I was ecstatic but it was hard work got myself down to pre dibetic numbers. Had another test yesterday its gone up to 48mmol I know it's only small but it's now put me back in dibetic range ive done nothing different to the last year very sticked diet low carb. Im gutted.

That's a great shame @Dee1960 I know, we all do, how hard it is to get your bloods under control. Keep at it and hopefully you will get it back down soon.

Sorry to hear this (and am maybe expecting something similar with mine soon) dreading the results
but yes it isn't a great massive rise
do you check your own blood sugar levels ? what medication (if any) are you on ?

Do you check your after meal blood glucose levels just to check that all is on plan?
That was how I picked up that I should not eat beans and other legumes as I can get more carbs out of them than the value listed.
It could be that you are eating a 'healthy' food which is elevating blood glucose.
