Hi all,
Thought i'd share my find with you.
I have a bit of a sweet tooth and like to have some sort of dessert after a meal just to curb the cravings.
I found today in my local Tesco that they have the Hartleys no added sugar Jelly and it is very low carb.
Strawberry - 0.2g per 100g
Raspberry - 2.0g
Orange - 0.3g
there was no blackcurrant
but im sure it's just as low.
I dont understand how there is a big difference in the raspberry but it's still good enough for me
they are also on a 4 for £1 deal.
i stocked up :lol:
