    An itch in the sole of your feet that can’t scratched ? It’s so deep you have to tread on some hard like the edge of a step, to try and get relief from the itching xx

    I get deep muscle itching in my arms.
    I take antihistamine to relieve the itch.

    I'm tagging @ickihun as she is all knowing about this.

    Recently I had my annual review and mentioned that my legs seem to be consistently itchy. the dr prescribed some cream specificly for that.In the UK it’s called E45 itch relief its not marked Pom therefore ought to be available over the counter. Since I have been using it the itching hasn’t woken me up at night
