Has anyone tried CBS. Are there benefits and does it lower blood sugar? Or is it just another marketing tool?

But all tests seem to be on animals. Just wondered if any real person had tried it! I’m doing really well controlling my blood sugar on a very low carb diet so probably don’t need it - but aren’t we all looking for a magic potion lol
