I am more into crime/spy thrillers . :)

Me too, love detectives, forensic, war time stories, old East end, or kitchen sink drama's
My teenager bought me Blind Alley for Christmas. OMG Firstly it has the F word, sexual assault and violence which made my eyes agog. Thank god she didn't look through it. She read the back and thought I would like reading it. I will see how it goes :oops:

One near-fatal beating
And a deadly score to settle

Yes I read those as well ....I read most things a nice mix ....

Have you or anyone read any of the linwood Barclay books ....o_O

Im reading Liane Moriiarty The Husbands Secreat at the moment.
My son has written two thrillers.
The Final Days.
Savage Blood.
He calls himself Alex Chance.both on Amazon x

I have read the husbands secret ....x I like your taste in books :)

Not heard of linwood Barclay books ?
Only a Barclays bank :p;)

I read Jeffery Deaver books and Sidney Sheldon books
Am wading through my martina cole novels now :happy:

I hunt new and newish books down in charity shops .
There are loads in my home town so plenty of shops to
rummage and browse in .
Far cheaper and great way to recycle all my previous read books .
Others can enjoy them as much as I did - this way :)

Start looking for linwood ....he was new a few years ago he has written about 10 books now ...
Sidney Sheldon I have not read for years.....
I bought my OH 12 paperback thriller books for christmas ....just like the 12 days ....but I always do that ....

Yes love the charity book shops ...great fun ....and it helps others ...
I don't go to any book clubs though ...I could there is one small one in our village ...
But I hate having to read from a list , because I like to,chose my books ....
I have a drop in invitation though ...but once at home in the evening it's hard for me to go out ...I get to relaxed ....
Lovely :)
 
I buy my books from charity shops,
But since we have retired and moved we have joined the library,I enjoy a morning at the library free coffee a brouse through the magazines,and a 10 minuite walk.
