Thanks girls. Should have heard the doctor. NOT happy at all. Reckons enough is enough ....... no more drops so I have some freedom to eat some goodies. Where do I start?

Hi Mate

Exercise every day (morning and night) and a ruthless attack on diet. Did not let up any singe day. Not once. That won't work for everyone but it does for me :)

You go, you get going and you go more. ..... and you keep going.
