No problem @Amy.W , glad to help!

Things are going ok thanks, currently 7 weeks pregnant (i think), waiting for an appointment with an ob so i can get things moving but due to the festive period it has been difficult. Sugars are always low at the moment so that is ok as i don't have my libre yet so i can catch the highs before they happen! xx

I hVe a freestyle libre and can honestly say that I wouldn't have got through my pregnancy so far (only 15+6) without it. It's invaluable.

Is that your GP saying that or your diabetes specialist? Have you seen a gynaecologist to check that everything's ok?

There is brief info here:

http://www.diabetes.co.uk/pregnancy-complications/infertility-in-women.html

For any woman - diabetic or not - being in good general health is beneficial eg healthy weight, nutritious diet, etc.

If you haven't had any infertility investigations, I'd push for those. In the meantime, ask your DSN for advice about getting your HbA1C down. It can only help - now and in any future pregnancy :)
