YES! That's 35!!! I would like to thank you all for your wonderful advice on the low carb diet, and your inspiration and support.

This is the Best Christmas Present Ever. I even got a 'well done' written on the result sheet by the DN. She wanted to know how I'd done it, and she agrees with low carb. The excitement did put my BP through the roof though.....

I'm going out for a Christmas meal on Saturday, and I now feel that I can relax a bit and enjoy it.

Well done! I have been reading your posts for some time here and knew you were hoping for some good news!!!!!

Like your nurse, my doctor writes encouraging notes on my result sheets. On the first follow-up A1c, he wrote "Excellent job"; and on the second, "Wow!!!" It is great to get encouragement from one's care team!
