Hba1c Result

Have just got my latest hba1c test result
It 7.1 and other one is 54
Its down slightly from last one
I would have liked it in the 6"a but getting close

Oh Ally, that is a lovely result. Just compare it to your very early ones. Very well done, and especially so after the extra stresses you had in the past few months. :)

Ally, bearing in mind all your challenges recently, I'll be saying a big well done. That its down on the last one is fabulous.

When all said and done, we can each only do our best, and I'm sure you've done your best. We all have days when it all seems a bit much, but don't dwell on those, because they're gone and you can't change them.

Brilliant well done indeed a big step in the right direction

After everything that has been put in your way you still manage a good improvement! Very well done, lass.

You've worked hard. Well done.

Well done Ally, despite your challenges you’ve got an improved result. Keep up the good work x

well done on getting it lower Ally <3

it could have been much higher with the dawn phenomenon you are burdened with

I also take some medication that may keep my blood glucose higher all the time. the quetiapine, but I need this medication , in fact, this medication is the reason why I thrive otherwise (maybe it is the reason why I got diabetes in the first place... but well I don´t have half the trouble getting my numbers low as you obviously struggle with...I just can´t get back into the fives..which I would like to
but keep your focus on the low or very low carb eating style, and the intermittent fasting, some claim that the 8 hour window of eating is what has helped them the most in lowering blood glucose in general..

Thank you.
I am also on Quetiapine. It helps my bipolar but does have an effect on my levels.
