Ok, just phoned up for my latest HBA1C result from the doctors and was told 'No Action'

I hope I didn't sound too shirty when I asked for the actual numbers.. :D

My HBA1C is now 46 or 6.4% - that's down from 7.2% in March and 10% in January. I'd have liked to break the 6% barrier, but I'm being stricter with myself now so hopefully that number will fall further. It also means that my A1CNow meter is reading about 0.3% low.

So thanks to everyone who's helped me get this far. Being able to tell people how I'm getting on is a strong incentive for working on my numbers. I also have a stronger result to take to my hospital referral in July.

So onwards and downwards.. home soon for a Gin & Tonic and Falafel to celebrate :D

Great news swimmer ... :D
Well done
Yeah you deserve a cool G & T Cheers!
Anna.x :D

You have to walk before you can run Swimmer, great result and heading in the right direction

More great results, it's brilliant seeing all these people really taking control and making such huge progress. Well done Swimmer, brilliant work!

"Good result? Oh yeah, right, whatever..." or words to that effect the last time I had my nursification.... good job I was so pleased for myself eh? I got my last results by email... the full SP no less. Trez moderne!

Anyway, WTG Swimmer2! Little victories.... on the way to win the war. 8)

Yay! That's a great result. Well done!

My HBA1C test result shows as follows :
A1 - 9.2 %
HBA1C - 6.81 %
MBG - 152.0 mgs

Can anyone comment on my result ?

Hi @sampathsugar and welcome to the forum.

You posted your question in a very old thread (4 years since anyone used it), so you may find you get a better response if you go to the 'Ask a Question section of the forum and start your own thread there. More people may see it that way. :)
