HbA1c results

Hi all just got back from my 3 month test and to say i`m chuffed would be an under statement ...HbA1c down from 7.9 to 6.0 ..cholesterol normal ..bp is spot on ..in fact every thing is in normal ranges and i have gone from 14st 2lb to 12st 5lb ..the doc wants me to have a flue jab in october and another test in 6 months ..and its all down to the help and advice from the members on this forum ..so a big thank you to you all

Hi everyone I have just been for my first diabetic appointment at my doctor's surgery with the diabetic nurse,my hbalc as come down from 49 to 35 in 3 months,my cholesterol as come down to 5.6 the nurse mentioned stations, but I said I don't want them at the moment want to try reducing it myself any advise would be much appreciated,I have received so much good advice on this forum and would like to thank everybody,I know it sounds like I'm bragging but I am lol oh and I've lost over 2 stone in weight

Hi for me it was regular testing to see what foods spiked my bloods and what didn't and eating lchf and exercise its hard work but as you can see its worth it
