Hi everyone, not posted for a while, but I do pop in for a read every week, thought I would share my latest results.
My Hba1c was 43 which I think is good and my cholesterol is 3. The only downside was the results highlighted a vitamin D Deficiency. But hay-ho can have everything.

Great reduction in HbA1c from 81 last September to 50 in January, and now 43. Hopefully you will be down from pre-diabetic to non diabetic range at your next HbA1c test!
That's a good cholesterol figure too @Billy7764.
You can get Vitamin D capsules, or get out and make the most of the sunshine to boost your Vit D levels.
