Hi I had this blood test on the 11 th of April apparently it came back slightly raised which could indicate diabetes they wanted another test on the 20th may however I have been urinating a lot every 2 hours normally day and night sometimes 1.5 hours and 3 hours seems to be more 3 hourly from the afternoon I have contacted the doctor he wants another blood test this week my question is is it to early to get a correct reading to diagnose hence it originally being the 20th thankyou

You can ring them and ask for the result for both tests now as they should be back. That should give you a guide as to what to expect the dr to day.
42 -47 prediabeties, 48 and above diabetic. But remember, this is definitely not a diagnosis.
Often people are asked to get a second test so that Dr is happy to diagnose.

My two diagnostic tests were taken a week apart.

Having two tests to confirm things might indicate a fairly modest HbA1c.
My only test in the diabetes range was the first one, though at 91 I suppose there wasn't much doubt about it.

There may be other reasons for frequent urination. You may want testing done to rule out infections.
