Had my results yesterday down from 58 to 40, had my medication reduced from 320gm glic down to 160gms feeling pleased hoping my body can continue to maintain the 40 level on the lower dosage

Kept an eye on the carbs, just walking for excercise, been eating well, just hope it was not a fluke

Great! I've got mine on Tuesday. My last one was 5.1% which I think is around 32 in new money. I'm not expecting it to be as good as this next time though.
