Just got my current HBA1C, it is down to 70 . What is this as a %age?

It was 76 in last test. Is this "good" ???

It's heading in the right direction, but still a way off the target set by the NHS (which is 48). 70 is 8.6% or an "average" BS of 11

It's good that it's coming down though - what have you done to reduce it?

Focusing on what im eating although im a bit stumped on how to get it down further

Well done on getting your hba1c scores down! Mine is sitting at 80
