Type 1 Headaches

Hi I get these headaches that start of quite minute then get worse to point where I'm almost being sick. But they happen quite rarely. And normally my blood sugar is okay? I'm not sure if it relates to having type 1 or if anyone else experiences this?
 
That is DEFINITELY something that needs to be checked to isolate what it might be

If they're headaches that make you sick, they sound like migraines. (usually to one side of the head, combined with oversensitivitiy to light and /or sound, possibly preceded by an "aura"). As per usual, one can't diagnose on here, but you might want to get in touch with your doc about these. There's excellent medication to curb them. (Triptans).
 
Agree with what's already been said, go see your doctor is the best option. Worth getting it checked out.
