I've just started trying very limited fasting. Thing is, I have an eating disorder background (probably at least partly because I was brought up on carbs and dieting!) So if the fasting triggers bingeing then will have to go back to 3 meals a day. My bg rose recently when I decreased the fluoxetine I was on and despite staying v low carb, I couldn't shift it. I have chronic fatigue syndrome so can't use exercise to lower bg. So started having 2 biggish meals a day in a 6 hour window. Same calories. And wow has it brought the fbg down from 8.1 to 5.7!
