Mr Jones, the doc said to his anxious patient, I'm afraid it's bad news. You only have six months to live...

Mr Jones sat silent for a bit with a blank stare, then replied: I'm afraid I don't have any medical insurance. I can't possibly pay you before I die.

Okay, said the doctor, let's make it 9 months then...
