Hi there all,

I decided to join this forum as I've been following the diabetes U.K. Fb page.

I am type 1 and was diagnosed 2 years ago where I lost my military career because of this.

The hardest thing I find about this is after 2 years I get angry because of this.

I try my hardest everyday to be positive.

Happy posting Davey...do you do any alternative treatments to manage this? I am prediabetic and am going the other way.

Hi there, I rely on a exercise involving muscular hypertrophy, strength training and Olympic weightlifting but being type 1 I can only have great management as it won't ever reverse itself.
