@Sapien here's an overview of the lab tests I had done in February, then again last week to access my liver function...
Liver Function Tests

Gamma-Glutamyl Transpeptidase (GGT) Test

And here's one more article...
Fatty Liver: What It Is, and How to Get Rid of It

I think the reason my liver is so happy and healthy is due to following the low carbohydrate ketogenic diet for the last 4 years, losing weight, getting my insulin and glucose levels down, eating real, whole foods, including lots of healthy fats - (extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil, butter from pastured cows, olives, avocados, raw almonds, walnuts, pecans, and hazelnuts, fat from animals fed their traditional diet, etc). I also eat 1 to 2 servings of cheese daily from healthy animals too. I include animal protein with all meals and lots and lots of non-starchy, above ground vegetables and leafy greens. It's become a way of eating for me.
It would be interesting to have imaging done of my liver, but because all of my lab tests are well within range, it doesn't seem reasonable. Perhaps a place for you to start is to track your lab results over time.
