Been diagnosed with type 2. am 75 and really find it difficult to remember what I shouldn't be eating! Have a very bad back due to spina bifida/arthritic complications and being in a lot of pain quite frequently I often can't be bothered to anyway. I know that's not the right attitude. Sometimes I think I need a good jolt to get into reality.
Well, a T2 diagnosis will do that for you :shock: :roll: It certainly jolted me in to reality and as a rather ironic result I've probably never been healthier :roll: :mrgreen:
