:D Been diagnosed with type 2. am 75 and really find it difficult to remember what I shouldn't be eating! Have a very bad back due to spina bifida/arthritic complications and being in a lot of pain quite frequently I often can't be bothered to anyway. I know that's not the right attitude. Sometimes I think I need a good jolt to get into reality.

Well, a T2 diagnosis will do that for you   It certainly jolted me in to reality and as a rather ironic result I've probably never been healthier

Welcome aboard :D Take a look around and join in and join in. It can be a bit of an information overload, especially with so much conflicting information and advice.

Do you want advice on how to lower your numbers, deal with health problems? Tell us a bit about yourself and what you'd like. Loads of very wise and friendly people here.
