Hello there!

It looks good to me , lots of butter the chefs favourite, or full fat cream go for it
So, I'm guessing that when it comes to fat and sugar, fat is the lesser of the two evils then? Gotta admit, though, the dish does sound more yummy containing full fat. :-)

So
As it happens I used some cauli out of the freezer yesterday to make a coconut curry base which is now back in the freezer waiting to be used with fish/shellfish or chicken. I'll put the recipe on the low-carb recipes section.
Sounds good, Deejay, but like I already told Sue, I ain't much of a chef. I guess I need to see if there's any good cook books knockin' about down the book store. :-)

There are loads of recipes on the forum have a look at the low carb and the food sections there is also a down load for some ideas to be found on the home page ,it's easy to cook even I can do it and I love making a mess :);)

You'll be surprised what you can cook up with a bit of practice. I was.
Or in my case..... a lot of practice lol. Seriously, though, I'm going to have to start having a go...... I'm eating quite healthily, but my meals are a bit boring.

Finding my way around here is something else I need to get used to as well as learning to cook, Jay1Jay1. I will have a butchers at the recipes on here and, hopefully there'll be plenty of things I can get used to cooking. I love making a mess too. :-)

Making a mess is the first step to successful cookery ;) It means you're prepared to let go and experiment.

Well, I've never had too much trouble eating whatever's been put in front of me, so I should do OK experimenting..... I hope :-)
