Firstly don’t focus on losing weight. The weight is not the cause of insulin resistance, it’s a symptom. They’re two sides of the same coin. Focus on reducing blood insulin through a well formulated diet and mild exercise plan. The weight will fall off as a side effect of reducing the insulin concentrations.
