Hi...my name is Debbie...I have had diabetes since 2007. I had a heart attack and was diagnosed at that time. I have always known that diabetes ran through my family but have since found out it is even more rampant through my Dad’s side than any of us knew. Both my brother and sister, in the states have been diagnosed as well, my sister is controlling hers through diet and my brother has just started insulin. By the way, I’m an American living here in the UK for about 7 years now. I have gotten lots of info from the forum...I started on Byetta along with my insulin this past May. The forum on Byetta has been a great help to me...thanks so much!!! And I look forward to keeping up to date...This was a long introduction...so thanks...and I’ll keep on reading!!
