Hi my name is Sam I’m 48 and have just been diagnosed with type 2
I’m am finding life very overwhelming at the mo and have spent last 6 months looking after a family member who had lung cancer. My own health has taken a kicking due to this.
I love drawing and am a certified sanntangle teacher.
I have a beautiful grandson and 3 grown up kids. I am married to my amazing husband and I also have inherited a dog
I also suffer from mobility abd mental health issues

Hi and welcome @Sanntanglesam . This is a great place to learn about diabetes and to give you ideas on how to reduce your blood sugars, in fact most things diabetic. There are lots of members who have been living with diabetes for many years so don’t hesitate to ask questions.. Check out the sub- forums too.
