Hi, I have been told today that I am glucose intolerant and close to becoming type 2. Too be honest this is no great surprise.
I love chocolate and use it as a mood lifter, treat, and oh I'm hungry snack!!
Any suggestions on alternatives and ideas for breaking with a lifetime of bad habits?!
