HELP!! How Many Carbs Per Day Do you think? Expert Advice Needed

Had to change the dates around

So Week 4

Fasting sugars

Day 3 = 6.3
Day 4 = 5.8
Day 5 = 5.7

To be completely honest this week was the worst diet ive had so far however my training has been intense.

Next week should be interesting because i will be combining a new diet method which i think will start to have a big difference.


However even with these readings its already lower than what it was from week 1.
 
Week 5

Fasting Sugars

Day 3 = 5.6
Day 4 = 5.6
Day 5 = 5.4

Looks like its working :) good bye 6's All time low for me now. no more 6.7

I also know with a little more tweaking i can reduce this a lot further
