Zand you have done so well so far. You have lost a stone since 1st April, I have only lost 3lbs more since November so when I read how much you had lost in that little time I thought wow! I have plateaued several times and the weight is coming off slowly but that is OK with me.
To be honest I don't use myfitnesspal. I tried it but couldn't work out how to put the right quantities in. I would rather write it down on a piece of paper. I also found that doing LCHF made all the results wrong (although I think you can change all that but not sure how) and it said if I carried on eating the amount of calories, fat carbs,etc I was then I would be x weight which was actually heavier than when I started

I do think it is a good idea to write down what you are eating just for your own piece of mind but if you are happier using pen and paper then do that.
I would say I wish you lived closed and I would go walking with you but I know that you prefer to walk alone anyway

You are doing well and it is bound to get you down but just remember the huge changes you have made. The other thing I noticed is earlier you said you had a piece of cheese when you were hungry - not that long ago it would have been a cake. Don't be so hard on yourself
