Help. I'm high.

If the Newcastle Diet says 800 calories a day..
Is there a guide to how many grammes of carbohydrates we should be aiming for?
Newcastle diet doesn’t count grammes of carbs, just calories.
If using meal replacement shakes it is easy to count the carbs consumed though, by checking the nutrition list on the packaging.
If consuming real food , apps such as my fitness pal and carbs and cals can be useful.

In terms of planning post Newcastle Diet.
I'm definitely leaning towards a fast.
I've seen one by "Mastering Diabetes" that's 24 hours. (Not a problem for me) Or the time restrictive 16:8.
I'm trying to work out which one would be the best for insulin resistance.
But as others have said, depends on the individual I guess.
