Soon after eating your blood glucose rises then dips a little before reaching the spike.
My endocrinologist has only seen it different in myself and other RH patients. We don't pause, just straight to the spike.
The dip is the initial insulin response and secondary insulin response.
RH ers, have their secondary response much later.
